Programme Details

Training becomes more structured and challenging. Teens learn proper form in foundational lifts like squats, deadlifts and presses, starting with PVC pipes or empty bars and gradually adding weight.

Classes introduce age-appropriate exercises, games and drills to develop strength, speed and coordination in a safe, encouraging setting.

We place a strong emphasis on learning correct technique and developing body awareness. Functional movements like lunges, pulls and carries build all-around athleticism while resistance training strengthens bones and muscles during this key growth phase.

Sessions also incorporate conditioning work to improve stamina, mobility drills to enhance flexibility and discussion on nutrition and recovery. Building mental resilience and focus is part of the journey as teens gain confidence in their abilities.
